That is a great point there. But I think when you get someone else to access you in achieving your goal is far better than you accessing yourself. It might be that when you access yourself you might not be honest to yourself but if someone does it will always put you on your toes and always push harder towards your goals.
It's true sir. When you employ someone to rate you for the work done so far, they will indeed tell you your strength and help explore areas of weakness which you might actually skip or not look into.
