Suspected murderer Matthew Jensen, a man who murdered his mother in October is blaming the Russian government for brainwashing him to do it.I don't know why though, but I find this really hilarious. Like seriously?? He blames his government?
MK Ultra is a very real program. Drugs and Devices are used to deceive and control peoples reactions and decision making. Much like a computer, brains can indeed be hacked. After all its just chemical/electrical impulses and in todays day & age, it can easily be predictable , therefore manipulable.
