Thanks for reporting about this. I am shocked to see the same story all over the world. The UK government are not only turning their backs on the homeless, they are normalizing the situation, by labeling them "chuggers" and "rough-sleepers". I been out today speaking to the homeless and trying to help out but it is overwhelmingly bad out there.
