I have not heard of anyone being arrested just for protesting. What I have heard of is people during a protest march becoming destructive or violent. They belong in prison.
That is true, but at some point it is not everyone being violent during protests.
I was not suggesting it is so. However, those organising the protest know there will be troublemakers, sometimes from outsiders pretending to be with them, but sometimes from their own hot heads.
