Shahjalal confiscated about 7 kg of gold from the blanket

Dhaka Customs House's Preventive Team has arrested a passenger with 6 kg gold from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.

Name of the detainee said. Alam (45).

He is a construction worker in the profession. His house is known to be in Chowddagram thana of Comilla district.
Dhaka Customs House assistant commissioner on Monday. Saidul Islam confirmed the information.

He said a flight of Golf Air Lines (GF-248) landed at Baharain at Shahjalal Airport around 9am today. The passenger of the plane tried to get out of the Alam airport hurrying through the Green Channel area. Meanwhile, members of the customs house of the Customs House of Dhaka Customs arrested him suspiciously.

Passenger Alam's baggage customs officials scanned 58 pieces of gold from the blanket, which has a market value of about Tk 3.5 million.

A case was filed against him with the Airport Police Station. Customs officials handed the passenger Alam to the police after interrogation.
