The heads of Germany, France, Russia and Turkey met in the Turkish capital Istanbul to talk about Syria and the Syria's future, they reached nowhere.

'Deaf Talks', the least can be described about this latest meeting, from what we learned from the press conference post the meeting.

They spoke over phone, each couple of them, then they went to meet and only so each one of them would repeat the same statements they had since the beginning of the Syrian crisis, so why did they meet in the first place?
