Only in the US when the system fails the victims become the criminals. Similar to the 'Too big to fail banks' policy that ate out all the small businesses which failed in the 2008 financial crisis but saved the big donors to the presidential and Congress campaigns.
Minimized to the individual case of a desperate mother who placed a recording device in the school bag of her 9 years old daughter to record class conversations after her several attempts to get the administration of the school support in stopping the bullying of the little child.
The case of Sarah Sims from Virginia should serve as an awakening call to rewrite the horrible rules the leading capitalist 'exceptionalist' country in the world is ruled by now, very much opposite to what the ideas of the founding fathers of the USA.
