Gary Mckinnon Vindicated? NASA Now Has A Job Entitled "Planetary Protection Officer"

With recent talk in Congress on whether the military branch should be expanded to include a new space corps, and NASA just posting a job for a "Planetary Protection Officer" on a usa.gov jobs website. (archived.) Has the secret space program conspiracy just been blown wide open, is NASA hacker Gary McKinnon finally vindicated for his claims of seeing a list of "terrestrial officers and ships" in their computers?

Otherwise known by many researchers often referred to as the infamous project "Solar Warden."

Solar Warden is alleged to be the U.S. military's secret fleet in space patrolling Earth and beyond. Believed to be caught by amateur astronomer, John Lenard Walson who rigged a telescope to a camcorder to record what he saw above him in space seen below.

So just what would be the description of a "Planetary protection officer" and what would you do?

I mean the the job title doesn't get more obvious and blatant than that. 

Your job is literally in the description of your title you would be tasked with "protecting" the little blue spot, often thought to be at the center of the universe by some called "Earth." Isolated in a small part of the galaxy in a universe filled with Billions of planets and billions of star systems, and you really think we are alone?

The next question is what would you be protecting the Earth against swamp gas and weather balloons?

What else would you be protecting this tiny minuscule planet from?

Well to answer that question let's look at what NASA recently did a test for on August 1st, "destroying asteroids and meteors with lasers" i.e. the finishing of Ronald Reagan's Starwars Defense Project. 

The job listing states the permanent position may require “frequent travel” and is “concerned with the avoidance of organic constituent and biological contamination in human and robotic space exploration.” 

The position’s tenure is for three years, with the chance of extending to five. It stems from the international Outer Space Treaty of 1967, which pledged to pursue studies of outer space and explore other planets while avoiding “their harmful contamination” and any “adverse changes in the environment of Earth resulting from the introduction of extraterrestrial matter.” 

Yes, you really just read that right.. 

August 1st, is far from the only time that NASA tested their laser defense system against PHOs (potentially harmful objects) that could pose a threat. But it's significant do to the impending Asteroid 2012 TC4 which is set to pass by earth in October 12th, at a distance of around 4,200 miles. 

A Nasa spokesman said: 

"They plan to use its upcoming October close approach to earth as an opportunity not only for science, but to test  Nasa’s network of observatories and scientists who work with planetary  defence."Even though scientists cannot yet predict exactly how  close it will approach, they are certain it will come no closer than  4,200 miles (6,800 kilometers) from the surface of earth." Michael  Kelley, program scientist and NASA Headquarters lead for the TC4  observation campaign, said: “Scientists have always appreciated knowing  when an asteroid will make a close approach to and safely pass the earth  because they can make preparations to collect data to characterize and  learn as much as possible about it."

 In 2005, Congress asked NASA for a plan to identify, track and deflect - yes, deflect - all PHOs. The directive, according to NASA, is known as the George E. Brown Jr. Near-Earth Object Survey Act.

In 2007, NASA produced a report called "Near-Earth Object Survey and Deflection Analysis of Alternatives," for congress where they decided that ultimately the best defense would be to shoot a nuclear missile at the incoming object.

"In the impulsive category, the use of a nuclear device was found to be  the most effective means to deflect a PHO. Because of the large amount  of energy delivered, nuclear devices would require the least amount of  detailed information about the threatening object, reducing the need for  detailed characterization. While detonation of a nuclear device on or  below the surface of a threatening object was found to be 10-100 times  more efficient than detonating a nuclear device above the surface, the  standoff detonation would be less likely to fragment the target. A  nuclear standoff mission could be designed knowing only the orbit and  approximate mass of the threat, and missions could be carried out  incrementally to reach the required amount of deflection. Additional  information about the object's mass and physical properties would  perhaps increase the effectiveness, but likely would not be required to  accomplish the goal. It should be noted that because of restrictions  found in Article IV of the "Treaty on Principles Governing the  Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space,"  including the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies, use of a nuclear device  would likely require prior international coordination. The study team  also examined conventional explosives, but found they were ineffective  against most threats."

Last year, NASA announced the creation of the Planetary Defense Coordination Office or PDCO. 

The new office is tasked with a succinct mission: to track and characterizing all asteroids and comets deemed NEOs (Near Earth Objects) according to an Obama administration document.

Of course these large rock bodies of mass moving through space carry microbial life like extraterrestrial bacteria that piggybacks its way across the universe using meteors, meteorites or asteroids as a taxi to spread throughout the galaxy.

So as a Planetary Protection Officer you may find yourself in a hazmat suit examining samples from a meteor or asteroid for foreign material.

Then there is the obvious threat you would face as a Guardian Of The Galaxy a hostile alien race bent on humanity's destruction.

THE SPHERES:

What are these mysterious spheres seen global that are made out of metal and stone that have been found all over the world for several decades and where do they come from?

From the Klerksdorp spheres in South Africa which are 2.8 billion years old to the Moqui balls in Utah dated to be 2 million years old and The Betz Mystery Sphere which was infamously reported in  the New York Times and the London Daily. 

Renowned astronomer and ufologist Allen Hynek the same doctor behind project bluebook admitted the Betz Sphere was emitting unknown radio waves and that he didn't know what they were.

The Navy even investigated it and tried to use a powerful x-ray to see inside the metallic object but the laser was too weak to penetrate the sphere's core.

“If you shake the ball vigorously and then place it on the ground it  feels just like a huge Mexican jumping bean, which is trying to get away  from you.” 

The other unknown sphere objects were discovered in - Brazil, Spain, huge boulders in Bosnia, three cases in China, Russia, Australia, Iraq, and finally, another three cases in Vietnam.

Then in 2013, in Mexico City deep beneath an ancient pyramid archaeologists discovered hundreds of mysterious, once-metallic spheres.

“I think it is a more serious issue than it seems. Citizens have real concerns about what is happening and deserve an explanation,” Calasparra mayor, Jose Velez said to Olive Press about the spheres discovered in Spain. 

The Betz sphere is the only documented case of a sphere operating on its own. While these other spheres appeared all over the world seemingly alleged to have fallen from the sky.

One metal sphere the size of a piece of hair caught in our upper atmosphere was analyzed by British scientist who determined it "contained bio matter" which "could be an alien seed." 

The hypothesis of the study was backed up by a photograph of one of the metal spheres seen spewing a biological substance which the scientist believe could be "genetic material."

Another study done by scientist found life inside the 2013 Sri Lanka meteor, which researchers deemed it "contained fragments of extraterrestrial fossils of algae."

Knowing what you know now does NASA Space Shuttle Programmer Wayne Hale's reference about these orbs make any sense? 

Then you have the cases in 1944, of WWII Allied and Axis aircraft pilots describing their frightening encounters with small, glowing, silver colored spheres in the skies over Germany and the Pacific. They deemed these unidentified craft "foo fighters." 

According to UFO researcher and professor of natural sciences at Western Michigan University, Michael D. Swords: 

“During WWII, the foo fighter experiences of Allied pilots were taken very seriously. Accounts of these cases were presented  to heavyweight scientists, such as David Griggs, Luis Alvarez and H.P.  Robertson. The phenomenon was never explained. Most of the information  about the issue has never been released by military intelligence.”

Is there any evidence to Solar Warden's existence?

In 2012, UFO researcher Darren Perks may have been inadvertently given information by the DoD that solar warden exist through a FOIA request.

"These are my own words after conducting research into the secret  program. Whilst conducting an FOI (freedom of information) request with  the DoD (department of defence) in 2010, I had a very unexpected  response by email from them which read," Darren wrote.

 “About an hour ago I spoke to a NASA rep who confirmed this was their
 program and that it was terminated by the President. He also informed  me that it was not a joint program with the DoD. The NASA rep informed  me that you should be directed to the Johnson Space Center FOIA Manager.
I have ran your request through one of our space-related directorates  and I’m waiting on one other division with the Command to respond back  to me. I will contact you once I have a response from the other  division. Did NASA refer you to us?,” the email read.

After NASA's new hiring position I'm inclined to believe the military wasn't just scrapping projects to expand in space and they continued on their decades long research exploring space which includes exploration and mining operations of moons, asteroids and comets.

And as a result they now have to back track and start making some of the technology and Black Project SAPs (Special Access Programs) public knowledge.

Especially, with the potential for a hostile unknown threat infiltrating our galaxy if it's not already seeded here on Earth from comets and asteroids. 

After all on his way out of office former President Barack Obama signed an executive order for "Safeguarding the Nation from the Impacts of Invasive Species."
