Indian 2018 Vidhan Sabha election results - December 11
5 states of India went to polls and here are the results .
A total of 678 assembly seats across five states went for polls, after polling was countermanded in one seat in Rajasthan due to death of a candidate.

Chattisgarh elections was held on November 12th and 20th for a total of 90 seats
Total Seats - 90
Majority won by - INC - 68 seats(46 required)
Madhya Pradesh
Total Seats - 230
Highest seats taken by- INC - 115 seats(116 required)
Rajasthan
Total Seats - 199
Highest seats taken by- INC - 99 seats(101 required)
Mizoram
Total Seats - 40
Majority won by- MNF(Mizo National Front) - 26 seats(21 required)
Telangana
Total Seats - 119
Majority won by- TRS (Telangana Rashtra Samithi) - 88 seats(60 required)
After the election results were out , PM Modi tweeted this ,
We accept the people’s mandate with humility. I thank the people of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan for giving us the opportunity to serve these states. The BJP Governments in these states worked tirelessly for the welfare of the people.
