Israel Considers Military Conflict With Gaza After Conducting Airstrikes
DAMASCUS, SYRIA (8:00 A.M)- Following a series early morning airstrikes, conducted throughout the Gaza Strip this Thursday, Israel held a cabinet meeting in which they set new "red lines" in Gaza and discussed the possibility of a new war against Gaza.
Late Wednesday night, following IAF airstrikes in Gaza, Israeli media reported that a "rocket" had damaged a house Beersheva (Israeli town, north of Gaza). What the Israeli Military deemed as a "second rocket", also landed in the sea close to Tel Aviv.
In what the Israeli Military characterized as a response attack, the IAF began to pound the besieged Gaza Strip, striking 20 sites and killing a 25 year old man named Jamal Naji Alza'nin.

Hamas and Islamic Jihad, in Gaza, rejected responsibility for what they called "any irresponsible attempt to destroy the Egyptian efforts [to reach a ceasefire with Israel]".
Disregarding the statements from Gaza, Israel still maintained its military policy of laying the blame of all rocket attacks, squarely upon Hamas. IDF Spokesman Gen. Ronen Manelis, claimed that Hamas "creates an atmosphere of terror in the ['Gaza Return March'] demonstrations". Manelis ignored his army's killing of 7 unarmed Palestinians, last Friday, during the demonstrations, that factually Hamas do not organize, but rather endorse.
Following Israel's cabinet meeting yesterday, the regime has decided to set up new "red-lines" in Gaza. Palestinian protestors will be shot within a further distance of the separation fence. Kites and balloon, flown from Gaza, will be met with "harsher" punishments. In addition to this, Israeli has mobilized its forces, surrounding Gaza.
For the first time since 2014, the Ben-Gurion airport in Lod, has also decided to cancel all flight paths coming from the south of the country, as a result of "recent escalations".
The response from Hamas and Islamic Jihad, has been the to threaten Israel for it's provocations. The al-Qassam brigades (armed wing of Hamas) and the Al-Quds brigades (armed wing of Islamic Jihad), have both released military exercise videos, in which they warn Israel of further aggression.
All sides have currently expressed their willingness to wait for the results of this Friday's round of demonstrations, in Gaza, before deciding upon further action.
