Hezbollah commander killed in east Sweida
BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:00 P.M.) - A Hezbollah commander was killed in the eastern countryside of the Sweida Governorate recently, the Lebanese group's official media wing announced on Saturday.
According to Hezbollah's media relations, their field commander "Abu 'Ali Jawad" was killed by a roadside bomb while traveling through the eastern countryside of the Sweida Governorate.
Two of Abu 'Ali Jawad's associates were also critically wounded as a result of this roadside bombing.
No group has claimed responsibility for this attack.
The scene of the roadside bombing was previously occupied by the so-called Islamic State (ISIS); it was liberated by the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) this year.
