BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:40 A.M.) - Hundreds of fighters from the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) poured into the Deir Ezzor countryside recently to aid in the ongoing offensive to capture the key town of Hajin.

According to the official media wing of the Syrian Democratic Forces, at least 300 fighters from the Al-Raqqa and Al-Hasakah provinces were redeployed to the Hajin front in Deir Ezzor to provide necessary assistance in their ongoing operation.

Video footage of this convoy was released on Wednesday; it shows several SDF fighters heading towards the battlefront in the Deir Ezzor province:

Since they resumed their offensive operations in southeast Deir Ezzor, the Syrian Democratic Forces have managed to entered the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) stronghold of Hajin and seize at least 15 percent of the town.
