Who knew that a company that claimed that it would sell books online would become a global powerhouse owning logistics, online sales of almost everything, grocery chains, and even robots that can order things for you. I'm talking about Amazon. As we move forward there are some american companies that have become far far too powerful, and what they have been doing behind closed doors is downright scary.

Recently Alphabet’s life sciences division has been breeding bacteria-infected mosquitoes in San Francisco. Alaphabet owns Google. Their plan is to release 1 million male mosquitoes every week for 20 weeks, starting now. These mosquitoes have been rendered essentially sterile by infection with a bacteria called Wolbachia pipientis, which naturally colonizes mosquitoes and other insects in the wild. In time, if the local females continue to mate with the sterile males, the population should drop.

Disney doesn't just have a cute theme-park with Micky Mouse. The Walt Disney Company owns the ABC television network; cable networks including ESPN, the Disney Channel, SOAPnet, A&E and Lifetime. They are one of the 6 oligopolies that own our entire mainstream media.

Verizon a wireless communication company now owns yahoo. At what point has this gone too far. Why are we allowing these companies to take over the world?
