THE FORGOTTEN ART OF SQUATTING IS A REVELATION FOR BODIES RUINED BY SITTINGsteemCreated with Sketch.

We shud go back to the village lifestyle of South Asia, even in kitchen eating while not on chairs etc.😊

Sentences that begin with the expression "A master once let me know… " are, as a general rule, eye-move inciting. In any case, as of late, while resting in malasana, or a profound squat, in an East London yoga class, I was struck by the second 50% of the educator's sentence: "A master once revealed to me that the issue with the West is they don't squat."

This is doubtlessly valid. In a great part of the created world, resting is synonymous with sitting. We sit in work area seats, eat from feasting seats, drive situated in autos or on trains, and after that get back home to watch Netflix from comfortable sofas. With brief reprieves for strolling starting with one seat then onto the next, or short interims for furious exercise, we spend our days for the most part sitting.

This dedication to setting our posteriors in seats makes us an anomaly, both all inclusive and verifiably. In the past 50 years, disease transmission experts have been compelled to move how they contemplate development designs. In present day times, the sheer measure of sitting we do is a different issue from the measure of activity we get.
