GREAT NEWS FOR FATA(federally administered tribal areas)

hello dear steemains!
this is @akashhassan and today i want to share a news which please me personally as i am from FATA pakistan.

first of all let me tell you what is fata?

FATA:
is a semi-autonomous tribal region in northwestern Pakistan, consisting of seven tribal agencies (districts) and six frontier regions, and are directly governed by Pakistan's federal government through a special set of laws called the Frontier Crimes Regulations.

now let me tell you the news which make me to do this post!
NEWS:
ISLAMABAD: A bill of constitutional amendment regarding the integration of the FATA in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the National Assembly was shifted.

Speaker of the National Assembly chaired by Speaker Ayaz Sadiq, in which Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan attended.

In the meeting Federal Minister for Law and Justice Bashir Work presented a bill related to FATA integration.

The government coalition Jamiat Ulema-ul-Islam (F) and the Pakhtunkhwa National Awami Party opposed the bill.

229 members in constitutional amendment, while 1 member assembly voted in opposition.

MY PERSONAL VIEW:
so as i have mentioned the background now in my view why their is another name for a place instead of his own name?why their is different rules and laws for place of same country?why their is same laws of 1900 however everything has been changed after that?
so these are my questions which i don't think the government of pakistan could answer why should a section of people treated discriminated this news should have to be announce 70 years ago with independence of pakistan but no they make them prisoners and they will do the same.
