He Defected from the Syrian Army Although He's Libyan!
Lies, propaganda and fake news were very much used by NATO propagandists in the early days of their war against Syria, one of those methods was showing what they claimed were Syrian soldiers defecting from the Syrian Arab Army to join the NATO-sponsored al-Qaeda FSA 'moderate rebels'.
These lies were meant to encourage Syrian soldiers to actually defect so the enemies could use them as justification for their intervention and make Syrians kill each other, never happened.
The total numbers of Syrian soldiers who actually left the army was in less than a few hundreds throughout the past 9 plus years, most of those who left the army didn't join the terrorists but fled the country with their families, those who did join the terrorists were offered huge salaries of 100 - 150 dollars per day, this is massive in a country where the average cost of living for a small family is about 200 dollars a month including rent, utility bills, food, transportation... etc. And guess who was paying those salaries?
This example shared in 2012 was of a Libyan terrorist shipped from Libya into Syria through Turkey and was shown in a video claiming to 'defect from the SAA' because they were killing their own families!
Naturally, the Syrian people and especially the SAA soldiers didn't fall for these lies, like in this case the accent and way this terrorist was talking was very obvious not from any Syrian region and was more clear to be of North African dialect. Also, the stage set for this terrorist and his surrounding was very clear to be in a town near the Turkish borders and under the control of terrorists already.
Yet, until today most western media still call the NATO war on Syria as a 'civil war', can you imagine?!
