The state in the court challenging the decision of the center on the Rohingya issue

The decision of the Center for Rohingyas is not supported by the West Bengal government. So, the state government is going to fight with the Rohingya refugees and in connection with the legal battle with the Modi government. Two applications were submitted to the Supreme Court challenging the central government's decision to send Rohingyaas back to Myanmar. One of whom has lawyer Prashantabhushan West Bengal's Children's Rights Commission will also appeal to the Supreme Court, after challenging the decision of the Center.
