I think you should read the guidelines carefully before you refer any newbie user.
User should post his Achievement-1 only once. User can present himself/herself as many times as he/she want but with totally different publications, please Tell him to delete this similar identical publication.

I can understand my dear friend and I also believe that we all are a family, but the thing is I constantly guiding this newbie as he didn't understand english, and when I found he is roaming here and there for getting help, at that time I entered. Till late night I constantly try to make him understand the things in Bengali.
I am also sorry for my behavior but we all started our journey some point in time, and now it's time we should welcome genuine people so that they can also feel they are welcome in this family wholeheartedly 🙏
