If you read my blog you will see tons of posts over the last month that will help you to understand the many things... I suggest you to to the earliest post and read the ones that you have questions about...
Also learn how to use @originalworks and @resteemable... I did it on the post I resteemed and you need to learn how they work so you can use the tools properly too.

I also have many other post talking about how to use your upvotes, the way to use comments to save them, using good tools like @originalworks and @resteemable... There are about 15 that you an read to help you when you have the time. (you don't need to upvote, I'm just telling you to learn so that you can pass it on)... and one day very very soon, I invite you to go over to @mudcat36 and ask him to be a "founding member" of this initiative. I hope you do, you will see it will help you when you help others.;)
I don't agree with your conclusion @news4u. I think you don't understand what make this place work and therefore have come to the wrong conclusions. I will be glad to help you to understand if you have an open mind, but you must ask me to help you and listen to what I say. You are welcome to ask me anytime.
