Aww, this is so kind, writing about @davemccoy. I'm sure this encouragement means a lot and keeps him going. He is indeed a wonderful soul and a constant helper. He's been such a positive force on this site, especially because (as another contestant mentioned) it's really important that we encourage user retention so the site doesn't shrink. His impact has been immeasurable. And, I'm extra happy to have him as a friend right now since he brought in so many newbies to this contest!
