its easy and you can post your posts (once) in the "post-promotion" ... when you do it you just put this: $vote (then a space) (then the url)
so it will look like this:
$vote https://steemit.com/newbieresteemday/@ayingroxie/the-steemit-newbie-resteem-initiative-jan-21st
