LOCATING THE PATH OF SELF-IMPROVEMENT #2# FOLLOWING YOUR PASSION
Passion means having strong enthusiasm about something. There is no way improvement will come when you do things you do not love or passionate about. People might look at you as being successful but deep down, you do not feel successful. Let me share some experiences. I know of a guy who was passionate about digital marketing but he worked as a customer service agent for a travelling agency. Even though he was doing well on the job, we were all shocked when we saw his resignation letter, reason being that, it was not his passion. I also know of a friend who worked in a very good company and the staffs there could testify that they were really enjoying their job but I was surprised when one of them told me that although he liked the job that was not his passion, his passion was having his own business, and the last time we spoke, I saw that he had started his business and I could see the excitement in his face. That is what passion does, it drives you to succeed because it is what you love doing. I will also share the experience of my aunt who was passionate about music but her sister felt music was not a good profession and told her to study geology but she was still passionate about music. While in school, she went for a music competition and won that competition. That was her passion and I can tell you that she is succeeding in music now. Yours might not be in that areas i just mentioned, it could be in other area but it is still applicable.
Once you follow your passion, success is inevitable, because there is this desire to succeed and you can easily overcome any challenge that might come your way.

The importance of self improvement can't be overemphasized.
One must strive to continuously improve him or herself.
Following your passion and doing what you love, is definitely a step in the right direction.
