AFL Round 4 - Essendon v Port Adelaide - Pick the Margin Contest
Since joining Steemit I've entered plenty of contest posts and even won a handful. It's a bit of fun and seems like a good way to engage.
I thought I might have a crack at running one myself, so here it is.
To win you need to pick the final margin for the Essendon v Port Adelaide game in the AFL tomorrow from the below ranges
1-10 pts
11-20 pts
21-30 pts
31-40 pts
41-50 pts
51-60 pts
61-70 pts
71-80 pts
81-90 pts
91-100 pts
100+ pts
In the event more than one of you are correct, we need a tie breaker which will be to pick the exact margin.
If we're still tied after that, the prize will be split between winners.
So what is the prize? I'm not particularly cashed up, so it's not going to be huge, but I'm happy to throw 0.5 SDB to the winner.
Now you don't need to upvote or resteem this contest to enter, but it would be nice if you did. If this is successful, it may just become a regular contest.
Entries will close at 1pm AEST tomorrow (that's 1pm Sunday in Eastern Australia) after which time no further entries will be accepted.

As a die-hard Bombers man I was not confident at all based on the previous two weeks form. Pretty happy with the result though.
Half our battle is that we are almost bipolar in our performances. I think I heard it best summed up at the weekend when it was said we need that sort of performance to be the norm, not a response to criticism.
Great win for your boys against Adelaide in the wet too. Will make for a cracking match on ANZAC Day
it's just the way the game is going these days.
Talent is spread so thin with 18 clubs, every team has a few crap players - and when the top few players have a bad day, the players beneath them are crap and it makes everything look terrible. it means any team can beat any team on a given day. except carlton.
The teams that can find some good players on the cheap that fill a role are the ones that look a bit more consistent.
I agree that in most cases any team can get up on their day - especially if their opponent has an off week. It makes it interesting, but also frustrating when you know your team can perform better
