Could you please provide me with some guidance?

This is new to me. I don’t know how this is working.
I tried to buy STEEM but I just don't understand what I'm doing wrong. So far I managed to figure out how to buy TRX.

Plus I have an important question. What is more important and more useful ? To have steem or steem power? I'm very sure they are different things, but which one is used for upvoting ? And how can I buy steem? What is TRX used for?
