Aw, thank you, its my favourite healthy quick meal. I've cooked the sweet potato, and then smothered it with a mix of miso paste, tahini and olive oil; a side of massaged kale with mixed seeds, and the broccoli, i usually chop it up, and then place it in a bowl, and cover it with boiling water from the kettle and leave it to soak for about 5-10 min, with lid on (not cooking, its just in a bowl) so its warm, but not loosing much of the benefits by boiling. Do try and let me know what you think. <3
