The possibility of teleportation
In the alternate universe that we live in, people have been trying to discover the possibility of moving from one side of the universe to the next. This could quite possibly turn into reality. As we have all seen in movies such as Star trek and Star wars, they use traveling by the speed of light to move from one place to the next, but if you think about the size of the universe then you would understand that there is just no way to travel fast enough when using the speed of light. By taking 8 minutes and 20 seconds for light to travel from the sun to the earth is a perfect example of what I had just mentioned.
Now we need to think of a better way to get from one destination to the next, whether it be from one side of the universe to the next or from Europe into America.
Wormholes perfectly illustrate how we can do something like that!
Perfect analogy almost like you see in this picture, is when you take a piece of paper and draw 2 dots anywhere on that paper. The wormhole will link the 2 parts by bringing them together.
I have been thinking that gravity is the main source of this amazing piece of art. Gravity is what holds the universe together and as soon as we can discover the different gravitational forces, we can literally bend the laws of physics.
Imagine your dream holiday spot? You could be there in an instant without having to worry about any funds being wasted on travel expenses.
That is a world that I would like to live in.
A lot of good things can be achieved with this wormhole technology. We can transport people away from danger in a more efficient way. Saving lives.
