Farm Shots FRom Alberta

Hello, everyone out there that is on this great platform of Steemit.

I have been going around the countryside trying to locate some good photos so I can show a bit more of what the harvest season in doing over here in Alberta.

But as you can see in these pictures that there is a lot of smoke, due to massive suspicious fires from British Colombia. There are hundreds of wildfires starting at night and is it caused by somebody or group of people that are working to destroy our wood industry over in BC., and by the way, they did a great job because as of now the lumber industry has shut down completely thanks to them assholes.

This is what many of the local people of BC. are commenting and it's not my opinion, they are saying that at night they can see strange vehicles driving around and that same night there is a new fire.

But anyway is the same storyline with the oil patch when Fort McMurray got hit by fire and they had to close the oil and gas production in all over Alberta, very suspicious if you ask me.

In the previous pictures I show you on how the farmers and ranchers were storing grain in the old wooden building. Now the times have change, many farmers and ranchers now use the new steel bins that have more storage room,are easier to transfer the grain to the trucks and the bins will last for years.

Another improvement is the metal double wall fuel tanks, they are safe to store big amounts of fuel and have electric pump for easy tranfer of fuel.

The old barns are still standing and are still helping the farmers and ranchers with the farm work. They are used to store bales of hay,machinery,new born animals in spring time.

One of the changes to them is that the farmers and ranchers are protecting them with aluminum material, this way they will last for many years more. They don't look as nice as the old red barns but they'll do the work, right?.

Finally we have in this smoky day , another great machine that helps the farmers and ranchers with their production works and it the swather, they cut the alfalfa and wheat for later pick up.
