Why won't the reptilians exterminate the entire human race

So one of the first steps of the shadow leaders is the extermination of a large percent of population .A lot of conspiracy researchers say that all the inhabitants of the planet will be killed by the NWO in an "Apocalypse" type operation. Fortunately (there is some good news here too) we do not think all the inhabitants of the planet will be exterminated. It should be noted that Draco aliens (reptilians) need low-vibration energy to survive.This energy is called "loosh" The source of "loosh" is the human being dominated by negative feelings and emotions. So fear, hatred or anger that dominate us leads to the production of "loosh" for the reptilian predators. Our society is structured to produce the loosh needed by the reptilians. Even the recent events in the Korean Peninsula and the increasingly predictable economic crash are perfect opportunities to create fear on a planetary scale so that reptilian aliens will have the oportunity to feed with loosh. If Draco extraterrestrials will completely exterminate human race they would also destroy the negative energy source .
But good news stop here because, if they manage to exterminate an acceptable number (in their minds), the rest of the population will be much easier to control.
