Meditation is increasingly popular all over the world. Many felt its positive effect, but is it really useful for all people?

Studies show that if we meditate only 10 minutes a day, we will significantly reduce the stress and level of cortisol (a steroid hormone that causes obesity and disease if produced in high doses). Insufficient time should not be an excuse, because no matter how busy your daily life, there will always be a window for 10-20 minutes for meditation.
