Jen's Story

Jen is a coffee adict, which is a common occurence in her hometown: Seattle.

She doesn't just buy ready-made coffee. Jen beats her own beans, dabbles with unique flavorings, and has a cup practically every hour--you could say she basically breathes coffee. Putting aside health risks this coffee obsession would have, Jen feels she can offer an impressionable shirt to those who embrace the neck-deep coffee life she lives.

Jen tosses aside her 9-to-5 job and sets off with a business plan. In a few weeks, she has everything from designs to location settled down and is ready to order the shirts. Local printing shops quote the custom shirts at $15 a piece. She is unsurprised as she knew she'd be best of importing the pieces.

Jen scavenges the internet and comes across many manufacturers in Asia; she picks those that positive mentions across the web and offer security of delivery as payments are done with LCs. Now she experiences something she didn't expect: none of them responded.

Established manufacturers get contacted every day and they do not have the time to strain aside fake requests from genuine ones, and so they primarily work with established companies. A disheartened, frustrated Jen is on the verge of giving up until a friend refers her to SyncFab.
