Wikileaks was dishonest and drumming up drama in this case. How could they know it was a 'state actor' without knowing which state? They knew it was Ecuador but kept their statement vague enough to get everyone to think something else, panic and donate.
Crowds of people should be outside the Ecuadorian embassy on the street protesting and protecting Assange from the thugs of the state...
