Hillary Clinton is trying to get the electoral collage to vote in her direction. If she can steal 21 votes from Donald Trump on December 19th she will will be moving into the white House in January. If the electoral collage tries to go against the people's vote this could mean utter chaos for the U.S. this would prove that the people's vote doesn't matter and that the power is held with the elites.
