Cant register for Steemit chat :(

Hi there Steemians
Am trying to register an account for Steemit chat. Although they are showing me that mail has been sent to my email I haven't received any such mail yet .
And when I try to register again they show me that mail id already exists.Can anybody help me out on this ????
