Countries where you can study for free

1 . Germany. Previously, all universities were free in this country, but since 2005 each administrative-territorial unit itself decides whether to introduce tuition fees or not. The country offers a wide range of educational institutions of various profiles.

These are classical old universities with a wide choice of educational programs, and universities with a technical bias, and young, dynamically developing universities. Many of them speak about the special importance of the interrelation between theory and practice, cooperating with enterprises. It is also possible to develop further in the academic sphere, as cooperation also goes with research centers.

As a rule, students get a residence permit, a special student visa, which allows them to work. After the termination of training it is possible to live one more year in the country during which it is possible to master a trade and then to remain to live.

2 . Norway. You can apply for a foreigner right after school, sometimes even just giving a certificate of secondary education. But it is possible that you will need to pass the exam in English (but you can provide IELTS or TOEFL certificates) or university examinations.

In most educational institutions, instruction is conducted in Norwegian, which can be learned free of charge in special centers. There are also two English-language programs at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration Norges Handelshoyskole in the city of Bergen. You can not work during training, but you can earn extra money. It is also possible to receive a scholarship or an educational loan.
