Wow. Have to give AMD credit here. Very innovative solutions being built onboard the CPU. If this "Smart Prefetch" function matures quickly enough, then there'll be no need to "brute force" over clocking to gain system performance. This tech could very well be compared to differences of SSD tech to that of HDD.
