It will really foster the growth of this lovely platform, though it won't be an easy task, especially in the aspect of follow up. One thing is to introduce people and another thing is guidance and encouragement.
If not for the encouragement I received from my friend and the way he kept tutoring me on how to make post and actively engage in steemit, I may not be here until now.
