What part of our lives is social networking?

No, we can't imagine life without the Internet. I would even say that it is useless. After all, why give up what makes our existence? Why don't we keep up with the times? True, worth a go. Tomorrow try waking up in the morning, do not enable your mobile data, and restart the laptop. Do not rush to update all the registered accounts, in anticipation of a new message or comment. Wait. Feel the morning. Stretch properly, doesn’t go to sleep again. Go for a run, do some meditation. Make time for family, friends. Find a favorite thing. Fall in love.
