did you see what just happened there? PAC was in second place with almost 6K votes and now it's in 4th place as almost 3K votes were removed.

I really hope that votes from steem won't be removed . I see people saying that they vote with lots of different mails for steem. But if they use the same IP their system will delete them.

Unless those who cast more than 1 vote every 24 hours use diferrent IP's or a VPN then those votes will definitely be removed....
