I kind of support the latest net neutrality move in the US. Here's why..

Too much lies and porn

Going online is so easy in the US that people don't give any time to reflect what they are saying and posting. If there is some cost factor, then there will be some thought given to the veracity and importance of what is being said.

Corporate control beyond a point is NOT possible

Since most companies are motivated by profit, if there is some content that goes viral and the big guys realize that they are not being able to make money out of it, they will change the rules again. We may see an improvement in the way the network behaves - things that OUGHT to go viral, WILL go viral.

Government drama will continue
Public institutions are agencies that are controlled by various forces. Those forces are well aware that there is a Natural Law that can never be violated. Will gravity stop working on the flow of data through the air?

I don't think so!

Last but not the least, language has a role to play.. and the fallibility of machines is basically an error of human logic.
