While there are lots of great communities out there I'm only going to nominate 1. This isn't because I founded it, but rather because many of the others receive a ton of support already and honestly this delegation isn't going to really help them in any meaningful way IMO.
@pifc - Pay It Forward Contests
The Pay It Forward Community is one that is founded on the basic idea that you should help others first and then at some point the universe will come back around and help you.
There are 2 main weekly events held with the first being a curation contest in which community members find 2 quality under valued posts to future in a curation style post. This contest is on week 69 and helps a lot of smaller steemians get a little extra reward and engagement on their posts. The second weekly way that PIFC is giving back is a simple {Pimp Your Post](https://steemit.com/payitforward/@pifc/pimp-your-post-41-2-steem-bounty) in which community members get to promote one of their posts and we encourage engagement between the members.
The delegation would add to the amount already powered up by PIFC and then to my delegation to PIFC to help increase their voting strength of NEOXAG.

It would be a really nice addition to what we are currently able to offer. But know either way I'm trying amass more PAL and NEOXAG to power up and then delegate to PIFC.
