Intentions In Marriage, This is My Marriage destination

Marriage is one of the worship and sunna of the prophet. As is understood, worship can make a person get a reward when coupled with good intentions. Charity of virtue depends on its intention. When the intention is good, good deeds will bring rewards. When his intentions are rotten, good deeds will be in vain.

واذا تعلقت النية الخبيثة بالعمل الطيب أفسدته وصيرته خبيثا.

Al-habib Abdullah bin Alawy alhaddad said in his book risalul muawanah things. 26:

If bad intentions are related to good deeds, bad intentions can damage them and make them ugly too.

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: انما الاعمال بالنيات
The Holy Prophet said: it's just that the deeds depend on the intention.

Therefore, for a bachelor who will go to marriage it would be nice to think about the intention first before thinking about the cost of marriage.

Al-imam Sufyan astauri once said: Whoever married then he has put the world into his house, and who has put the world into his house then he has included his daughter the devil. And who has married the daughter of the devil then surely the devil will often pace into his house because there is a child. Therefore beware of marriage!

Kalam priest astauri Sufyan was interpreted by al-wise billah Assya'roni Abdul Wahhab in his book-mughtarrin tanbiihul hal.71: kalam priest astauri Sufyan was intended for people whose marriage with good intentions or bad intentions.

Among the intentions we need to do when getting married.

1- run the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: النكاح سنتي فمن رغب عن سنتي فليس مني.

Prophet Mohammed saw said "marriage is included from my sunnah who hate my sunnah then he is not belonging to me. "

2- to keep away from sinners.

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: يا معشر الشباب من استطاع منكم الباءة فليتزوج فانه اغض للبصر واحصن للفرج.
Prophet Muhammad SAW said "O youths who are able to be among you to marry then, marriage because the marriage is actually limiting the view and keeping the pubic"

3- do cause to get pious children who will pray both parents after death.

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: اذا مات ابن ادم انقطع عمله الا مم ثلاث: صدقة جارية, او علم ينتفع به, او ولد صالح يدعو له.

Prophet Muhammad SAW said "If the son of Adam dies then his charity is broken except for three things: shodaqoh jariyah, the science of benefit and the son of sholeh who is praying for his parents".

And there are many more intentions when getting married that has been arranged by our salaf.
