Steem comments jumped nicely to the WordPress page, but WordPress comments failed to copy themselves to Steemit or Steempeak.

So people need to leave comments on the steempress comments side on ur wp site and these will appear on steem. Comments added via other comment options will not back post to steem.
Also it's worth mentioning another added benefit of steempress comments is that your WP blog enjoys the seo benefits of comment left via steem or you own site 😁
