Neonazi's in mainstream media.

I struggle with the conundrum of helping readers understand the breadth of neonazi social media reach without amplifying their message. It’s a difficult needle to thread.

If you are interested in seeing for yourself and you have a Twitter account, you can gain an introduction to their reach by searching for _hashtag_TheNoticing, or _Hashtag_Cohencidence. (And note the antisemitic spelling on that second one)

If you want to see just a single example, look at the account “WompyJaw”.

Don’t bother reporting them, many people have tried. Twitter no longer takes down outright neoNazi accounts.

I urge you to not interact with any of those accounts no matter how egregious, and to do your best to balance the benefits of raising awareness against the risk of amplifying their vile and dangerous message.
