Apex is project by Chinapex comapny which has working product with over 200 enterprise customers and among them companies like Volvo, BMW, Casio and many more well known global comapnies. Apex has decided to refund investments to private investors to make more space to the community investors becasue due to the rising NEO value they have almost reached hard cap with the fund collected during the presale. They private presale are big VC firms and companies related to the crypto market.

I think that this is a very nice gesture to their community, which already has 16,000 users on the telegram but it is hard to say how investors will react after Chinapex decision.
