I would like to note that ICO's are not illegal in China nor is blockchain tech. You simply have to be an accredited investor to participate. This is per Da Honfei at the Miami conference. Look for his video from boxmining. Explains the China situation the last few minutes of the presentation but you would do well to listen to the whole presentation.

I've also noted a few comments about how fast blockchain is moving in China. Major players are commenting how lazy we are in America compared to the Chinese. Also are graduating more engineers and programmers than the rest of the world combined. Putting these few things together I am very bullish on everything coming out of China. They intend to dominate and have the resources of people and money to do so. I'm riding these coat tails.
