Neo Marxism, as the post modernist abstractions by the outsiders (greedy, crazy, demon possessed people) in the arts along with the quasi theoretical and relativistic "science" that are funded by the evil central banksters with the political correctness rhetoric and the Identity Politics, as opposite of the classic Marxist Scientific Materialism of everyone according to everyone's needs, which is the role of the governments and function of the Communist ideology responsible for the development, management and sharing of common resources and infrastructure, aka the public interests and domains, with the free market economy of Capitalist system, i.e. private business, providing the goods and services to satisfy the diverse wants and desires by way of the healthy competition and freedom of the consumer choice.
The private corporate business should be regulated by the governments to make sure that the human, workers, and environmental rights and safety are respected and upheld. It is not Communism vs Capitalism but rather first is the priority to satisfy the basic common needs followed by the satisfaction of diverse individual desires.

imperalism and monopolies are the highest stage of capitalism. Capital accumulation assures this.
It is about who controls the money supply and the sovereign nature of the individual souls and the nations they nake up, hence the globalist central banking neo liberal/democrat socialism/ communism vs the sovereign nationalist Republican/Conservatism who are standing for freedom and self determination. Capitalism implies that one is the shareholder of one's ownership and investment, that is the only way to manage fairly shared and private property and to be part of the executive decision making. The collective ownership also implies individual human, citizen, and shareholder rights and freedoms. The capitalism does not exclude the socialism but complements it if properly used, as is example with some Chinese cities where all resudents are millionaires because they are the shareholders of their communal wealth.

the basis of communism is worker control of the means of production. Through this the basic desires of the workers will be satisfied, which is not possible through capitalism.
