Is this a local wallet (on my computer) that uses web as interface? Can I backup the NEOS wallet just like I can with other wallets on my computer?

    This is a desktop program, you need your private key for it. Always keep your private key secure. This wallet does not use a backup file and the private key needs to be entered each time you use this wallet platform.
