NEO moves independently of BTC....if there is a pump and dump with NEO, it will be because of Red Pulse, not BTC. Also, NEO would already be much higher. Its price has suffered because of China's regulations...when China's intentions re cryptocurrency become clearer, and NEO is available to buy more widely, then .... well, Haejin's analysis is showing what will happen...
oh yeah, i forgot about that china stuff. and you reminded me that i dont actually know a lot about Neo.
