NEO - reversed head-and-shoulders?

Disclosure: I don't have any position in NEO

NEO / USD is maybe forming a head-and-shoulders. I see the first target at around $86 (where I will go long).
Then if the price bounds up and breaks the neckline, we have a first target at (3) $175.
