What's up guys! It's me again Mr. Decentralized that would like to introduce something to you guys again! This is a very exciting concept and use-case for blockchain. Why? Because it is like the new uber,Grab,ubereats,foodpanda etc. Of the blockchain!

I know what you would ask me, what is Bizshake? Smart Pawn-> With Smart Pawn, people can have a loan using their valuable things inside the Bizshake's blockchain. With Smart Pawn, I can have a much higher appraisal with my valuables with the use of what we call as Smart Certify.

You may ask me, what is Smart Certify? Smart certify is the process of Bizshake wherein the subject or the item will be certified by arbiters that have the highest credibility in the Bizshake's ecosystem to tell the world that your item is original and in good quality. Plus the owner if they are a good payer and with good credit rating.

The system should be like this wherein the lender will be paid with the interest as well while the pawner will get their item back in good condition. But what if the item will not be returned to the rightful owner even after paying the loan? This is where Smart Dispute happens. Smart Rent--> Are you someone who wants to have something to wear or just want to use one thing but doesn't want to use it because of just a special occasion and you think that it would be better to rent than to buy it? Here is the solution, we have Smart Rent. In the Bizshake's dApp, Smart rent will enable customers to rent things that are in original and authentic items only. Thanks to Smart Certify and Smart Identity, the items and the owners of the said items to be rented will be quality-checked before handing it to the customer respectively.

Smart Dispute--> A justice system wherein the reputation of the renters and item holders will be evaluated per transaction, therefore, no tampering will happen as the ledger will always be updated.

Smart Certify--> If you know Pawn Stars, it is the same with this one. Wherein there will be experts that are checking if the items are in good condition and are the original ones so that the customer's money will be equaled with a genuine item to be rented.

Smart Identify--> If you will be availing of a loan or renting, it is important that the banks and also the pawnshops know you.
